The Project
Visit San Antonio had no mobile presence. Visitors planning trips or exploring the city in real time had no official app to turn to. I identified a vendor solution through a Simpleview partnership, made the case internally, secured executive approval, and managed the launch from brand guidelines to go-live.
It was the organization's first-ever mobile app.
